Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer site visits for sales, support, and follow-ups, including outstation travel to cement plants, power plants, glass plants, and steel plants
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, engineers, and decision-makers
• Represent the company professionally as the primary point of contact during site interactions
• Assess client requirements on-site and propose technically sound, customized solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on trials to support sales discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
